Nissan recently announced that its European dealers sold a total of 55,954 units in July – which also represents a market share of 3.9%. Nissan recently announced that it will delay the return of the LM P1 class of the FIA World Endurance Championship in order to address a few technical issued that challenged its team during the Le Mans 24 Hours race. According to Nissan, the team experienced issues with the energy recovery system during the race – without this working properly, many of the vehicle’s other systems are compromised. Nissan continues to experience success throughout this year. For the third time this year, Nissan experienced a record setting month (now July). It experienced a 6.7 percent increase in units sold compared to July 2014. A majority of the individual models experienced a percentage increase in sales. Doran Racing drivers, Brad Jaeger and B.J. Zacharias, have recently earned their third podium finish in four races for the 2015 season. This past weekend, Zacharias finished the race only 0.117 seconds of second-place.
