Additionally, Nissan saw an increase in unit sales in China. In the first half of the fiscal year, Nissan reported a consolidated net revenue of 5.93 trillion yen – which represents an increase of 15.3% over the same period the year before. The launch of the 2016 Altima boosted sales tremendously in this region – Altima sales have grown more than 60% in the U.S. over the past five years and the model is anticipated to grow even further.
