Nissan recently celebrated yet another milestone, only this time it was an accomplishment that took place in the United States. The Japanese automaker sold its 75,000 Nissan LEAF model in the U.S. to a family in Oregon. Rishabh Mehandru of Portland, Oregon was the lucky purchaser of the black LEAF, which happens to be his second LEAF after leasing his first one two years ago. “I’m a runner, and when I ran outside I found that I was inhaling a lot of exhaust from the gas-powered cars that passed me on the roads.
