Carlos Ghosn, Nissan CEO, reveals that the automotive industry is leaning more and more towards consolidation. The brand’s CEO revealed that the best way for automakers to reduce development costs is to enter into partnerships that allow them to work together and significantly reduce development costs. In a recent interview, Ghosn said: “A lot of people think consolidation means A buys B or B absorbs C. But we have been partnering with Daimler AG for 5 years.
