Dance Into A Different Set Of Wheels With The Nissan Juke

Nissan Juke 4 Many people have different ideas about the word “Juke”. It’s a bit of a peculiar word; it could be something that is fast moving, quick or different. The word often pops up in sports or dancing, where it means to run in a zigzag pattern or to boogie to a jukebox, respectively. If you ask any Nissan employee though, the Juke is a stylish vehicle that stand out, thanks to its endless customization and affordability. We invite you to come experience this extraordinary car at Cardinale Nissan.

The Nissan Juke likes to display its style and fashion in an exciting and different way. The vehicle itself has a particular aesthetic that distinguishes it from an ordinary car, and Nissan describes it as having, “a fiercely sculpted hood and those aggressive muscular lines.” It even has some influences of the Nissan’s racing car, the 370Z, in its selection of headlights and taillights. By blending elements of style, speed and performance from different classes of car, it gains attributes like that set the Juke apart from other crossovers.

New for 2017 is the Nissan Juke Color Studio, which really puts the paintbrush in your hand. Every person loves a certain combination of colors, so the #ColorStudio allows you to browse hundreds of shades in order to get the interior and exterior looking exactly right. From bright pink to solid black, the Juke will become an expression of you and your life.

Stunt Driver Sets New J-Turn Record In A Nissan Juke

NIssan juke

There are a number of specialty turns and maneuvers you can use to get out of or into some tight situations. The most popular is the U-Turn, which is always handy for when you accidentally drive by your location and need to turn around. Parallel parking allows for numerous cars to fit onto the sides of streets or busy roads. Also popular is the J-turn, in which a car goes from forward to reverse while only moving in a confined space. Recently, a driver piloting the Nissan Juke, with the help of its Intelligent Around View Monitor (AVM), performed a J-turn “blind” and set a new world record.

It may come as a strange surprise, but there are official records for performing each of these maneuvers, and they even have a “sighted” and “blind” category. The sighted category allows for the use of both cameras and regular vision, but the blind category requires all the windows to be blacked out so the driver must rely on the car’s cameras. Fortunately, the #NissanJuke is one of the few cars to feature an Intelligent AVM, which gives a crystal clear image of the surroundings along with a 360-degree bird’s eye view.

Nissan 1 Juke upgrades

The turn was completed by stunt driver Paul Swift, who had to pivot the car 180-degrees around in a space only 18 cm longer than the car itself. Suffice to say, that is no simple task, even when having full vision. Swift was able to complete the turn in record time, setting a new blind record and even tying the time for a sighted turn. He added, “I can really see how using the AVM technology in everyday driving situations would be a real benefit to Nissan customers.”

You too can try out the AVM system by test driving the 2017 Juke at Cardinale Nissan, the number one Monterey car dealership. We have great deals on new cars like the Nissan Maxima, and you can check us out online at www.cardinalenissan.com.

Nissan Perfects Small Batch Models

nissan-logo

Small batch production is rare in the car industry. It involves hundreds or thousands of hours of additional work in order to design a model that is significantly different from the base car, as well as the added strain on the manufacturing staff. However, for important celebrations, milestones or events a limited production of a certain car can be a great way for car makers to give drivers a thematic variation of a vehicle. Recently, Nissan developed two small batch models, the Rogue: Star Wars Edition and the Juke Black Pearl.

To celebrate the release of the new Star Wars movie, Nissan partnered with LucasArts in order to give dedicated fans a car that symbolizes the franchise. Special decals and reminders of the timeless movies will be present throughout the car, and included with each is a limited edition death trooper helmet. This Rogue will also feature all the latest upgrades that 2017 has brought to the model, including an optional hybrid engine and improved safety features. Act quickly in order to reserve your car or purchase it as gift for your family’s Star Wars enthusiast.

The #BlackPearl is a redesigned version of the Nissan Juke, and will be even more limited in availability than the Rogue. It is the first showcasing of the new Juke Color Studio, which allows users to customize nearly every possible color option on the car. The Black Pearl will come with black base paint, wheels and interior, but with several touches of white on parts like the mirrors, door handles and bumper trim.

Check out both of these limited products at Cardinale Nissan, along with the best deals on all new models. You can also find us on the web at www.cardinalenissan.com.

The Nissan-powered Greaves Motorsport team recently took the European Le Mans Series LM P2 title, after taking home second place. The race was a battle to the very end. In an interview, Gaeton Paletou, Nissan driver, said: “GT Academy taught me a huge amount but being given the opportunity to work with this team, and this brand new car has been yet another fantastic experience. Nissan Finishes Pirelli World Challenge on a Strong Note

Nissan 2 eight podium finishes

This past weekend, Nissan took home eight podium wins in three different race classes at Miller Motorsports Park. The 2.52-mile track, which is located in Napa Valley, was the last stop before the season finale at the Mazda Raceway at Laguna Seca, September 11th – 13th. Rick Kulach, Manager of Nissan North America Motorsports, said: “This team knew what it had to do at Sonoma, and that is finish as high as possible, take away points and bring the cars home in one piece. They did just that, and they were as fast as they could be on a tight circuit while keeping the cars mechanically sound and basically ready to race in two weeks down the coast. This team knows how to win championships. We may not get it this season, but look out next year.” If you would like to read the full article please click on the link below:
